A provider consult is done at the time of your infusion with a medical doctor, physician's assistant, or nurse practitioner from the Hydreight Medical Network. The consult is a short telehealth visit where the medical provider reviews your medical history, allergies, and medications to ensure there are no contraindications to receiving a wellness infusion from Hydrate Health & Wellness, PLLC. They will also answer any questions you may have about your infusion at this time. Once the consult is complete, the medical provider will give a verbal order to your nurse indicating approval for the infusion and will also note this in your chart for future reference. Once your consult is complete, it is good for six months.

Once you have had the initial consult from a Hydreight medical provider you do not need another one for six months unless one of the following exceptions are met:

Hydrate Health & Wellness, PLLC does not take medical insurance. Accepted forms of payment include Health Savings Account (HSAs), Flex Spending Accounts (FSAs), credit / debit cards, or cash.
Generally, infusions can be repeated on a weekly basis without a new provider consult. If you request an infusion less than a week before your last infusion, a new provider consult must be completed.
